i can not save any new contact in my smart phone...please help me.

when saved a new contact after few min. that contact delet automaticly...

Are you in demo mode? Can you check if something occurs when you charge the device?

i can save contact until 2 weeks ago...but now...:(

Do you have contact filters ticked or unticked via Contact then tap the 3 dots then Filter
