Contact theme and swipe help after marshmsllow update

Hi, my first post ever due to updating to marshmallow. Does amyone know if i can change the theme in contacts on a z3 compact. I set black theme but contacts still has a demented circus rainbow theme to it which i hate. ALSO if swiping down to open notifications i keep accidentaly opening suggestions, can suggestions be disabled or change the swipe to avoid accidental suggestions? thanks in advance. If this has already been discussed could someone link me to the topic. Cheers

If sony used all of the information they have collected about me they would know my date of birth.

They would know my starsign is virgo.

They would not force random colours on a virgo.

So im now forced to listen to suggestion i dont agree with and cant silence - thats why i left my wife. And forced to look at rainbows

You guys are incredible, at least on my sony stereo i can still choose the radio station so i cant complain.

On a side note, you have an Android phone, you have thousands of apps to customize your phone to your heart's content or in this case, to your horoscope sign's content.

Thats exactly what i am trying to achieve.
Being not the same.
Sadly the update has forced suggestions on everyone making us the same.
Other users of marshmallow have the option to turn suggestions off.

I dont use the built in apps. Why cant i be allowed to turn them off.....or at least the suggestions that i should.

When i swipe down for notifications it always opens , its irritating enough to make me root my first phone just to get rid of it.

The other thing you dont understand is i dont like random colours in my contacts. They wernt there when i purchased it and i dont want them now.

I also dont want 3rd party apps. This is a business phone and now it feels like its been designed for kids with childish colours.

I will learn how to root the phone and go back to having a phone i can use instead of a tiny computer to play with and amuse myself.

I was trying to find a setting. If there isnt one i will roll back the o/s and override it. But i wont learn to live with it.

Sony's phones are almost vanilla android, like nexus devices, you will either download third party apps to customize your phone or use it as is.
