I'm having to use my z2 to write this my Z5 is that bad.
Got my new Z5 yesterday (12.2.16) and after a day at work managed to get it switched on and set up (about 8 at night) now between then and half 11 the same night the screen froze went black Red led flashes and phone restarts (had plenty of charge) , did this about 5 times. So on the Saturday plugged it into pc companion like people have suggested and did the phone repair. Same fault again a couple of times after being switched back on, so got rid of all the apps I installed to make sure it wasn't one of them causing the problem. Yet again it froze red light reset. So took out the sd card again froze red light reset itself. So then I read start it in safe mode to see if it's any of the apps. Even though there were none installed, and it only showed up a selected few. Again froze black screen red led then restarted. I really think there is something wrong with the phone. I'm going to phone my provider shortly and see what they say about a replacement as still in my 14 day cooling off period, kinda annoyed as I've just put tempered glass on the front and back as well :P.
Was really looking forward to this phone as well, had my z2 since launch with no problems what so ever, and only had the Z5 for two days and it's annoying me.
Any info or comments welcome.
