Constant freezing and restarting

Greetings everyone,

my Xperia SP started freezing yesterday (2.4.). Since then, it freezes every time I try to turn the phone on. First it seems to boot just fine, but once I can see my lock screen, it freezes and restarts after a while (about half a minute). It is basically stuck in an endless loop of freezes and restarts. I noticed the phone emits quite a lot of heat. 

Before this, the phone was working with no issues. The last thing I was doing was listening to music using the Walkman app while trying to install Steam for Android. My phone is NOT rooted and I did NO attempts to do so. The Android version is the latest 4.3 Jelly Bean.

First connect your  phone to wall charger and open back cover push and hold off button untill phone vibrate 3time then let it charge for a hour..then try to turn it on normally..if its not solve problem then download sony update service and attemp to software repair
