Connectivity problems

I just buy this phone and I discover that my phone have conectivity problems.

When I try to connect to wireless access point the phone reject to connect. If I restart the router it can connect.

It is not a router trouble because I can connect with many devices.

I read more people with this problem.

Do you know how can I fix it?

which android version and build number do you have

Now I have, after the upgrade with the official tool to do it:

android versión 2.3.4

build 4.0.2.A.0.42

But I had the same problem with:

android versión 2.3.3

build 4.0.A.2.368

I also tried with:

android versión 2.3.4

build 4.0.2.A.58

I would like to includo more information:

The router is updated and the problem continue.

I this problem occurs in other routers and obviously I can not modify the firmware in all the routers that I want in order to fix this problem, when all the other devices can connect without problems.

The router use protocol 802.11b/g, I fixed as only G but the problem persist.

There is no MAC address filtering active.

I tried dinamic and static IP.

Security, tried with WEP and WPA-PSK, I can not modify this for compatibity questions with othe devices.

Try downloading Wifistatic from the Market then restart the router then tap on the application and hit add configuration.
