Hi,
Just upgraded to ICS yesterday and now im unable to connect to android market and im having issues with the connection using Wifi.
Google market apps and other apps does not connect to internet using Wifi. The only apps albe to connect till now are YouTube, Gmail and the built in web browser. If I use any third party browser like Opera...no connection at all. Got message "connection timedout"
Tested the same apps with data connection and just works fine. The issue is only while using Wifi.
Already performed a repair using PC Compagnion...still the same.
Please help in need my apps to be working with Wifi as i use Wifi mainly rather than data connection.
Thanks in advance.
Strange that some of your app's can access the Internet over Wi-Fi while some other can't.
Check the tips in this thread: http://talk.sonymobile.com/message/154244#154244
Or try this while connected to another network.
Hi Johan, i've already check this link before posting but the issue is not with my AP. As mentionned, this strangely appeared after upgrading to ICS. Some days ago I was able to access google play store, update/downlaod some apps, but the reappears since yesterday.
Another issue is that i cannot set up the weather broadcast app. Whenever i hit on the app to set it up i get the error message "Unfortunately, Xperia Home has stopped."
the ICS release seems to be very unstable. Is there a way to roll back to GB?
