Connectivity Issue

My pc companion recognizes the arc s, but it doesnt allow me to add/delete music

I switched to mass storage, and it allowed me to add my new songs...around 500mb of mp3 files

I then went to my arc s , and the music wasnt there, except for the default songs.
This has happened on both of my computerss, where i tried to transfer music
Why is my music not showing????
Also, from PC, i cannot delete pictures and also add
Please help me on this one, as i mainly use my phone for music :$
Oh, my memory card still has space remaining....so it isnt full

I'm not going to comment on the legal/illegal aspect on how you got them.

I would suggest you change the format, on your computer use formatfactory (its free) and even if you think or they are mp3 change them to mp3.
