Connection to internet fail (Message)

Hello Everyone :

First i bought my new mobile "Sony Xperia Z C6603" at last friday 12/12/2014

now i set up my app .... and connect to wifi after useing diconnect 

when i disconnect display message when i swipe to unlock  lockscreen ( Connetion ti Internet fail)

why this message display ... and what`s application do this ?

finaly ... how i fix it ? 

Please tell becouse i`m worry about my mobile

Unfortunately, I'm not sure what you mean. Could you please elaborate? Does this message appear as a pop up or in the notification field? Is it for all applications or some specific?

oky ... i turn on wifi all apps and mobile work good ... when i turn off wifi .. show this message and disapper  ... but i don`t know why its show and howw fix it

I'm still not sure how this message is displayed, perhaps you can add a screenshot? But what it sounds like, you do not have any connection to the mobile network if this only appear when you turn off the Wi-Fi. I suggest that you take a look at the following link to see if this can help you:
