Connection timed out

everytime I visit any webpage or even the play store or app store I get this message CONNECTION TIMED OUT. RETRY, sometimes I have to retry more than 5 times this is concerning especially when I'm banking. Can anyone help

Do you have a taskillers? Stamina mode on? battery apps? is this while using wifi or data?

Try settings-apps-all-google play,force stop and clear data.Log in again.

No taskillers, Stamina mode on yes and no battery apps, while using data. Thank you

Resently I reset the phone and reinstall everything and yet still the problem. It hangs before opening a site and most sites don't allow that hence the time out error
