Connecting to PC issues...

1 cant connet to Media go ,i tried on my 2 computers and change 2 usb cables.All my device(mp3player ,blooth headset) can be show on Media go but MY LT26I!!

2 Sony pc suit companion wifi pairing window DOESNT WORK ,as "my computer" windows ---"no respond" soon EVEY TIME.
