connect my phone to PC through USB but nothing happen

connect my phone to PC through USB but nothing happen.

installed sony companion also the same. cannot detect phone

what i get is the below pic .... cannot access my phone storage at all.

restart phone and pc several time also the same....

it is setting problem or phone problem ??
i have turn on the Auto connect in MSC alrdy...

Need big help here

it may nt be out for your location .. be patient .. it will come out and it sure does resolvew most issues being faced .. plus the phone is a lot more smoother ..

I had the same problem as of you.

try reinstalling the pc companion..it did work for me
