Confrence call problem

I am using Sony Xperia M dual. I am facing a problem about in confrence call. It displayed "Unable to switch calls". I attached screenshot with this post. Please help me.

Try settings-apps-all-phone,force stop and clear data,restart your phone.

Have you tried setting your second SIM on gsm only?

Reliance GSM requires you to request settings prior to using d conference calls feature.

my dad uses a Reliance SIM and he hsd the same problem
