Does anyone have details of how to make an official complaint to Sony regarding the un-usability of the Xperia S following their software updates? Mine is becomming more and more frustrating to use by the day, and the latest update has really screwed up wi-fi and data connections.
The response on this forum and facebook/twitter/google+ has been pretty poor in my opinion, and I would like to escalate my concerns asap as my service provider and retialler where I bought the phone have washed their hands of responsibility.

Yep, and got an automated email reply initially and then a pathetic response from someone who clearly didn't read my email properly. I was hoping for a contact higher up within Sony mobile so as to avoid the usual back and forth 'have you tried resetting your handset?' cr@p.
