Complaint on Xperia Z3

I have to write Complaint about Xperia Z3 to SONY world main center

A lot of problems with the instrument and the services. 

What is the address and mail ?

After buying a new Sony XPERIA Z3 – I have had some problems from the beginning. The first time after a week

I had a problem with the touch screen and waited for 3 weeks for fixing it. After 2 weeks the problem appeared again.

I’d prefer to replace the product by a new one but the SONY agent in Israel refused to replace it.

 

What can I do to replace the product?

You'd have to check your consumer laws - if you were in the EU and you had the same problem as you have and that this is the 2nd time then you would be entitled to a pro rata refund or replacement with a refurbished device - NOT new as the device is older than 30 days but as I said this is a EU law so you would have to check your laws or contact Xperia care and see if they can assist you further http://www.sonymobile.com/global-en/support/contact-us/

I have to send Complaint about the center in Israel.

I bought it before 2 month ago and it is impossible to use it.

Hi folks.
I am in Brazil, where he bought a Xperia Z3. Knocked him down and broke his back. I sent for repair following a recommendation from Sony.
But the cost of repair budget was at 250% of the cost of the phone.
In conclusion, the company does not want you fix a phone rather than buy another.

Estou no Brasil, onde comprei um Xperia Z3. Derrubei-o e quebrou a parte traseira. Enviei para conserto, seguindo orientação da Sony.
Mas o custo de reparação foi orçamento em 250% do custo do telefone.
Em conclusão, a empresa não quer que você conserte um telefone e sim que compre outro.

I keep the smartphone very well and all the faults are production problems.  

Two month ago I purchased  the product and most of the time can not use it.

I invested a lot for buying defense equipment's: screen cover glass, leather instrument cover and protecting back case. 

In the last 10 years I hold Motorola and Sumsung smartphones and there was no any problem.
