i was purchase a handset of your company sony experia t 2 ultra d 5322 date on 30 july 2014
from raju japan at cg road Ahmadabad bill no. rcc01214. on after 8 days i was facing a problem of
receiver.i was go your authorized services station at parshwa services at Ashram road.
that i was sent mail to all of your mail id. parshwa services solved in one day. than after 2
months i have faced same problem i was go your services center at parshwa services and
it solved in evening.than after between 9 days i have face 3rd time same problem. and i
put my handset at your services center at parshwa services there is provied me a job sheet. no is
24073302884 i m very irritate on your handset.
your company sony mobile is give a defective handset to dealer other wise your dealer give me
defective handset. or your services center was not proper.
now i dont want that handset so request your company to give me- a money back or new handset
within 2 days any how i dont know any thing about that. when i was purchase your handset there is no problem
in my money.
