Service Centers here in Pune are of worst quality.
You should escalate this matter with Sony mobile support team and then decide if you want to go in consumer court or not.
Only because of the worst quality service centers I haven't fixed free filter for electrostatic noise in my XMP.
Well what you need to do is .. ask the Sony india to escalate your case ...and ask them that you need to talk to a senior guy ....call them between 9am to 6pm ...and surely u will see some result
it better put this case in CC and inform them in service center or some where else.
They do this often and probably for each and every phone.
why they charge under warranty product?
