Please go to the Play Store and download Z-device test or Z-test. ( https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=zausan.zdevicetest&hl=es )

This will provide a visual validation so you can check if in fact the accelerometer and compass have stopped working. If so please try a software repair using this instructions: http://talk.sonymobile.com/thread/54636

If even then the issue persist please call in to your local support so we can setup a repair.

İ can't repair with Sony PC Companion. Because, my phone have custom software. Sony PC Companion says "your phone soft ware changed". But, i make it flash tool.

Sometimes all everyting running, but a short time later compass and accelerometer stopping running.

I have the same problem too. I could not repair it with SUS or PC companion either even the firmware reinstallted. Is it an hadware issue?

Yes, It is an hardware issue. I fixed it. Using hot air soldering. But it is a risky operation.
