my experia sola is showing me that the process com.android.phone has stopped working how could you guyz help me fix that?...i really need my phone please help me

Hi and welcome to the community! Since you're new please be sure that you have checked out our Discussion guidelines.

First of all I would suggest that you try to boot your phone into safe mode to see if the behavior may be related to any 3rd party app that you have installed in your phone:

If you still experience the same behavior in safe mode I suggest that you repair the phone software using PC Companion:

http://www.sonymobile.com/update

In PC Companion, press start on Support Zone > Start on Update the phones software > Press the blue link that says "Repair phone".
