Clock problems

This morning my alarm went off like any other day. I got into my car and saw my car clock an hour behind... Then noticed it was too dark out. I miss my bus by the usual minute and check the transit app to see thr next bus coming... An hour ago? I ask another passenger at the bus stop to find, no I'm not in bizarro world, my phone is actually an hour ahead. I restarted and low and behold, it is now 2 hours ahead. I checked my location, yes it is running East Coast New York time. I downloaded avast virus scanner and clean up apps in case of Malware, they found nothing. Last resort was a factory reset. That fixed it. Well, this is still a huge potential issue so, please address the problem, Sony or Android...

or maybe it was your network sending out the wrong time or an app you installed like a task killer and one thread is enough - no need to spam the forum

Thanks for the maybe. I didn't install or update any apps yesterday or overnight. I'm sorry about the completely unintentional double post. Blame the network for that one.

I'm having different issues. My countdown timer often starts automatically, today it seems to be happening every time I switch the location services on and off.
