Clearing Viewed Notifications from Status Bar

So I was watching some old reviews of my Z3C and I remembered that you can clear viewed notifications from the status bar but not remove them from the notifications screen. This useful feature was unfortunately removed after a few updates and I do wish to see it back in the next update.

Lollipop changed the way notifications are handled, but you can use a third party notification app or home launcher to get them back.

One more thing though, I'm wondering if Marshmallow will support this function and if it will, is it there a way to feedback to the team handling the Marshmallow update?
