CK15i texting issues

I recently bought this sony text pro ck15i . I have issues with texting . Any time I press the letter Z , the letter  pops up. and vice versa . When I type the letter Y , the letter Z pops up. I have tried downloading the software update but this problems is not solved. Please help

Hi there, have you tried to change the keyboard to the language you are talking?

The problem seems to be that you are using German keyboard which has "Z" and "Y" reversed from the International keyboard.
