Chinese OS?

I just swapped my samsung phone to X10 mini pro, I think I got too excited because I always wanted to have this model but now I'm little disappointed about my discoveries.

1. IT DOESN'T CHARGE, I've tried multiple usb chords and chargers but nothing works, good thing I have my other Xperia phone, so in other word I charge                                       my two batteries with one phone. I guess I'm completely fine with that.

2. NO ANDROID MARKET, It's not big of a deal, again thanks to my other Xperia, but it would still  be awesome to have two phones with many apps.

3. WEIRD CHINESE APPS, I tried to reset my phone but still these chinese apps stayed unmoved (Peggle, RenRen, YouKU, etc), and what bothered me                                           is that when I asked a service center they said can try to removed it but there's this "risk" for my phone to shut off                                           completely.

Well, right now I think I'm trying not to think about it too much (Yeah right, look what I'm doing) 'cause it's just so frustrating,  I'm hopeless and have no idea what to do.

Hi,

Did you purchase your handset from China? It sounds like the software in the phone is actually branded to that region if these features are still present even after a reset.

With regards to the phone not charging, this would be something which wouldn't be region specific but I would suggest contacting the retailer which provided you with the handset as this is not something which you should be experiencing.
