Chinese input button missing on keyboard

Chinese input method suddenly disappear on keyboard. How to activate it?

I have configure the Chinese input keyboard setting but still cannot see it.

I had the same issue after upgrade my Arc firmware to 4.0.

I fixed the issue by changing language to Chinese(中文). After the change, the Chinese/English switch showed up on the keyboard; and then you can change language to whatever you like - the switch will stay on the keyboard.

I have to say I've been disappointed to my Arc for a while. However, hope this will help you to solve your problem.
