Chinese error when trying to make a call

Hi, I recently applied an update and now when I try to call someone I receive an error message in Chinese and it won't allow me to make the call. I have attached a screenwriter of the.error below. I've disabled the Chinese keyboard after reading some suggestion and cleared the cache under setting, apps, Chinese keyboard but still it persists. Any ideas?

This might be related to some 3rd party app. To post a screenshot, request desktop version first.

Do you have a Z3? It looks like you are running something below 5.1.1.

Boot in safe mode and check if the same problem occurs.
