часто зависает и появляется чёрный экран с подсветкой, и это часто бывает при активном пользовании, скачка, просмотры приложений, и т.д. Помогают только кнопки сброса восстановить телефон, иногда перезагружается, сам по себе от перегрева, в чём может быть проблема? Помогите пожалуйста!

This may be a software issue, I suggest performing a software repair on the device.

To repair the phone software

1.     Install PC Companion on a Windows PC from Support 

2.     In PC Companion, under Support Zone and click Start. 

3.     Under Phone Software Update, click Start.

4.     Click repair phone.

5.     Follow the on-screen instructions. 

I also suggest that you backup the content on the internal storage before performing this task, as the issue may be related to files on the internal storage.

2 stage(preparation) constantly POPs up this error: failed to communicate with the program sony update error 10. Java is a new, anti-virus is turned off, what could be the problem?
