Charging

Hi Guyz...

My Phone isnt getting charged when its in ON state...Not even the LED and the Battery Icon is Turning on.

But when i shut down the Phone its getting Charged and LED is working.

Suggestions are Appreciated apart from factory reset.

Try a different USB cable/charger. Are you charging your phone through a computer or wall charger?
