charging time...

im having trouble with my acro S recently i usually charge it when the battery is drained... as in drained, and then ill use the dock to charge it to preserve the covers on the top of the phone, but recently i charged my phone for 4 hours and still the battery is not full. and today its making its longest record of 5hours and not even near half of the battery is charged( based on the battery icon) how can i fix this ? or i have to bring it to a service center to be checked?

usually this happens when some app is running in background.

close all the background apps.

restart,close manually or use some task manager to do so.

charging through computer takes more time..

if u go to service center they will do software repair...
