charging problem

when I connect my charger to my XPERIA ARC S,the red charging light does not turn on..

and when i charge my battery on dasktop charger then when i connect my battery to mobile then after 58% battery remaining,my mob suddenly show the battery low warning,and then turn off..

what should I do??

1. repair your phone with SUS 

2. try different usb cables and wall chargers if possible

my xperia does not charge with my charger..and when i charge my mobile to desktop charger then when mobile on..the battery level remain unchanged..and after 2,3 hours it show battery low warning and then turn off..

what should I do???
my version is ICS 4.0.4X
