Charging problem

When my xperia Z was runing, I put it on charging, it told me that it is charging, but actually the device isn't charged. 

After the battery became empty, I coudn't chare it again, the red light becomes off after several seconds and the device doesn't boot. I tried another charcher and PC USB to charge my device, but no one works. The flash tool also doesn't detect the device on my PC.

Have you tried to charge your phone for at least 3 hours? Then try to start the phone by press and hold the power button and volume up at the same time until the phone vibrates.

I charged it for about 10 hours but nothing works, and also sony update service didn't detect the device. Now I am going to use the docking charger, but maybe it is not available in Libya ! I suspect the USB port is corrupted.
