charging problem...

i got a big problem here, whenni charging my phone while using play...battery life wont up...its will going down ...example i charge at 15percent...and i keep using my phone after 20minit ,its go to 13percent,and phone back are very hot... is that normal?

If you are running heavy power consuming operations on your phone, the phone may discharge depending on chargers etc.

The same applies for the fact that the phone gets hot. When you are charging and running a heavy operation on your phone, it's normal that the phone gets hot.
