Charging Problem Sony Xperia SP

Often reflected the following problem when I load the battery of my xperia sp:

I leave the smartphone to load, and after about 3 hours, it is 100% charged, but after 1 minute that I unplugged from charging, the battery suddenly drops to 88%. 

Can I solve this problem? Thanks

Another problem: when the smartphone is in a horizontal position, the touch does not work well! There is no solution to this?

My smartphone is update to the latest version.

Have you try disable glove mode off

The touch problem is not present in safe mode, But it is always present in normal mode. ( when The smartphone is in horizontal position). When I enable Glove mode, The touch problem is not present

Yeah, if anyone knows how to solve the battery bug please tell us, i have the same problem on my laptop( it drops to 88% too)
