Charging problem after updating my Z5 dual premium

I realized that my mobile is not charging after updating the software today. This problem also happened to one of my friends own the same device, Z5 dual premium.
The device drived me crazy. It does not feeling or even noticing that the charger was plugged to it. The battery went out of power for five hours and for some reason it started charging and freeze on 19% battery charged.

What should I do?

Turn off the phone and try to charge it (use a wall charger)

I did that and the device was restarting, instead of turning off, until the battery was dead

You might need to contact your Local support

Unfortunately, the local dealer has been changed and the one my phone should be under in not answering phone calls or emails.
