charging issue

While charging my xperia ion lt28h ot suddenly stops charging and the red led gets off although the charging bolt sign appears on the battery but it doesn't charge .... Some time it charges but the led keeps going on and off .... I habe tried sus and pcc reset the battery by power key and volume up key 3 times vibration restart help me out please i m fedupp woth sony

And yes the battery discharges from 100℅ to 65℅ in one hour simply being in standby mode

Sorry to hear that you're having issues with charging.

I recommend that you also try the phone with another charger and cable if you haven't tried that to make sure it's not the charger/cable.

If the same thing happens with another charger/cable I think that this needs to be examined and fixed at a repair center. For more information about how to submit your phone for repair and where, contact your local support team.

I wish i wouldn't had bought this xperia ion ..... I wasted my father's hard earned money on this piece of **bleep**. Sony better keep in mind that beauty is not everything .... Brain is more important worst experience with sony ..this was my first sony product and never again I'll buy a sony product ..worst service .. Worst updates ..you people develop new softwares just to provide more bugs and problems to users

And even in the market no one is willing to buy this dumb phone for half of the price which I paid while purchasing it brand new .. Pathetic sony you are pathetic .
