Charging dock

Charging dock in my mobile is coming out slightly. To connect the mobile to charging dock i have to push that in, is that normal?

I don't push in, I let it slide onto the magnets. As long as it fits and charges it should be fine.

Based on your description this sounds like a hardware issue with the connection and as such I would advise speaking with your local  Xperia Care team regarding this.

my charging magnet on the phone has already fell off. it's just fixed onto the phone by a double side tape or something like that.

if it's loose, better watch out before you loose the part some day like me.

i ended up buying this part online, and need to fix with super glue.
