hi all i put charger on . i have had it on for 40minutes it started at 12 percent fourty minutes later it still shows 12 percent.i go to settings phone says cahrging 12 percent is it realy charging or faulty charger
This could be a software glitch, have you tried simply turning the handset off and then back on, have you also tried removing the USB from the charger adapter and removed the adapter from the wall socket?
