When I plug my Ray into the AC supply and turn it off to charge, sometimes it does charge it up, sometimes it does not.
Is there a button to press to charge up the phone?

Hi, there is no button for charging .... just plug and charge.
Be ware that you need to wait for a while after plugging the charger.
