Changing Notification sound

Hi!

I got my mobile today and I did a small mistake and want to know how to undo it!

I was in the messenger app, tapped on settings. Then an window opend with three choices of sources I can choose! I didn't choose anything and tapped on the button "always"!!!

I don't want this! Since this small mistake, I can't chosse other media than the sony givven ones!

It goes for the ringtone aswell!

Please help me, I don't want to reset the phone!

Is there any option to have the choice again?

Open Settings then Apps then swipe to All and open - Find said app in question and open then tap on Clear cache and Clear data - Then those 3 options should reapear

I found my own solution.

I cleared all app settings and that worked!
