changing language keyboard

I'm using Walkman WT19a,  just updated from Android 2.3 to 4.04.

I use POX Japanese keyboard as default, and often switch to international leyboard (English-Thai). Previously, When I wanted to switch keyboard, only thumb on text box, it would appear a screen what to do as "Copy", "Paste", "Change input mode" etc. I chose "Change input mode", and keboard changed.

But now, I thumb on text box and nothing happened. As my lifestyle, I need to switch language keyboard. Please give me an advice.

You should general need to push and hold on the section to get the "Input Method" option. Can you please try this and advise of the outcome?
