Change Default Alarm sound

As the title says, Im trying to change the default Alarm sound. As in when I make a new alarm clock, the sound that it assigned to it is Buzzer for example rather than the default aringtone (alarm).

So then - Open your alarm and tap on the time on the right then tap on Alarm sound and sound picker if options appear then you have a list of pre installed sounds - If you want your own tap on the music icon in the top right then you can choose from your own library then tap on done

Thommo is right but if it happens that you are not able to pick a song,you need to clear defaults for media storage.

ive got that, but Im saying to chose a different ringer as the default. so that all future alarms will use the selected sound.

Like in the settings you can change your ringer or notification default sound, and any phone call or notification that you have not given a special sound will play the default.

Sorry must have mis read your post - Unfortunately I don't think we have this option - You could try a 3rd party app from the play store
