All the sudden, when an user wants to post, appears the following message...
" Note that your answer has to be approved by a moderator" (or something like that).
I am not really sure why this happen, but seeing how Sony works, it is not strange to me.
I thought this was a free forum where people was allowed to say what they think about the products, how they work, issues, problems and so.
Is it a question of Spam, or just a way to delete the truth of how mad people is and/or how bad is Sony doing with the support to the customers?
You people should remember that if we post is because we are TIRED of waiting for real solutions for our phones. IT IS NOT NORMAL that you do this way with us.
We spend A LOT OF MONEY with phones that do not work well, we have to wait MONTHS to get some (not all of them) of those issues fixed. And for some reason, when you release new updates fixing some issues, then a new ones appears.
I feel really cheated by you. First I buy a phone that will get me tied to the phone company for two years. Then I discover that a lot of the things in that phone do not work well. After that, I have to deal with the fact that when you update the phone, it works worst in lots of terms. To fix this, I have to wait months (yes, plural) to get some fix.
What is going on with you people???... do you understand that WE are customers???... do you understand that this way of doing it's not normal???
Just to make it best, then we are not allowed to post what we think, so a moderator has to think if it's right (or not)... even if that person (?), thinks that it is ok, then it may happen that the post will dissappear.
You know what?... I am a 42 years old person. It does 30 years that my parents DO NOT judge my words. THEY RESPECT what I think, say or explain.
You people has to learn A LOT.
This is just RIDICULOUS.
I would like to know who's the person in charge of this forum. Sure I would like to explain that persons, some few things that they sure don't know.
Now, if you want to erase this writting, would not be new to me coming from you. Thanks God, it is so easy to make copies of this showing where I tried to post it.
Thanks a lot Sony.
Hi Daloch, i am totaly with you on this. see my thread from a few days ago. This is so frustrating i spent ages typing a reply for it to go missing/ deleted,it contained no bad laguage only my terible sony experince.
Briefly:
Sent phone for repair for new rear cover, was sent back not done and phone damaged!
Emailed Sony twice= no responce.
Called repair comany= no responce.
Called sony= they said sorry and would send brandnew phone last wednesday with email and call about tracking no's.
No call or email!
Phone never turned up!!!!!!!!!!!!!
This is xperia care for you!
We will pray that in the next update, that great developer team from Sony will fix some issues...
They are already certified, so I hope in the next days we will know...
its not censorship, Sony is fine-tuning the forum to eradicate the never ending spam
All the respect in the world fella, but when you spend your time posting about how poor Sony customer care is and then your post disappears before your eyes it is censorship.
disrespect to you.
trust me, its not censorship, Sony is working on the forum to avoid spammers, even my posts had the same issue
Hi,
Right now we're configuring a filter to avoid spam post.
So if you you post and get the message saying:
Please note, your reply will need to be approved by a moderator before it is posted in the forum.
Don't worry you post should be shown soon (as long as it's not spam of course).
We're optimizing this filter at the moment.
So if your mega post you just typed in is not shown, stay calm and it should be shown soon. If not send me a PM.
BR
Johan
Yer I have seen that message and my post did not reappear and that was over a week ago!
By the way my last post to you was supposed to read no disrespect to you and not disrespect to you. Silly productive text!
Sorry.
yeah I have the same issue with a LOT of my posts mostly on the Xperia Z subforum, they are gone and I'm ok with that as long as we can now post w/o those issues and that we don't have the constant spam bombardment, we just have to retype our posts
It is just a question of common sense.
Think about that uliwooly.
We have a phone with a lot of bugs. We post the problems, so Sony knows (this makes me think in what kind of developers Sony has).
There are no news from updates, the problems are not fixed... I am not sure if you realize that people is starting to get very mad at Sony (including me).
After two months, looks like there will be some update (but noone from Sony says it is forsure).
And OF COURSE, noone says what will fix this update.
After this, then you start to read that replies has to be approved by a moderator... even people like Sume75 that writes a huge post and its never publised.
Come on!!!... seeing the forum of the Xperia T and Xperia Z and all the bad posts that this two phones has, looks like they want to "clean" the forum somehow.
To me it is just a matter of solutions. Our phones do not work well, and we want solutions to this. We want information about when the updates will be releases, and what they will fix...
You have to agree with me and LOTS of people in this forum that Sony treats us as if we were sh*t, when the truth is that we are their customers (at least for now)
I'm certain that it's not an evil plot to censor users. as you can read above its the filter, I don't know if you recall the spam we got the past 3-4months.
