cellphone wont start

my cellphone was good till  one day it shutdown and then i cahrge it but the red light appear i let like that for one hour i try starting the phone but wont work i connected it to the pc with the usb but it wont work the pc wont read it  i wont turn on i try every start on it wont start pls help

my phone is a: xperia ion lte28i

connect your phone to the wall charger > press and hold Power & volume down for 8 seconds > let it charge for 1hr

wut if it does not vibrate?

make sure you do press and hold both buttons at the "same time" and you hold them for 8-10 seconds

all that while connected to a wall charger? have you try a  different charger and/or wall socket?

i have used a machine that cahrges android phones and you can hear music from it its call philips
