Cell phone gets stuck.

Few times i faced some issues where i was not able to switch ON while restarting the cell phone . In this case I was not  able to switch off the phone also. later had to remove my battery and ON Again.... Any help on this..

That seems strange, have you tried to do a repair of the phone software?

Start PC companion, start "Support Zone", start "Update phone software" and click on "Repair".

Follow the on-screen instructions.
