Cedar_help: Ringtone function not working in my phone.

Hi SE helpers,

  I've bought my cedar phone one week back. Since yesterday, my phone ringtone function is not working. There is no fault with the speaker(music player works fine). I checked twice the sound and profile settings. All settings are normal. eventhough phone is not ringing whenever i receive a call. Vibration function is fine. Please help me to sort this.

I suggest you perform a master reset, but remember to back up your phone data on PC/PC Companion/memory card beforehand.

I tried master reset as you suggested. Although its not helping anyway, still the problem persists. Pls tell me a solution for this problem. Is this software or hardware issue?
