Careless customer team

I have no phone since july 1st bcoz of carelessness of sony repairing team . I sent them my phone to them on 17th of september to get repair but still i didnt get it back, when ever i call them they said to me we r sending it now.... But still
They are liar liar.... They stole my phone dont want to give it back
