card problem

Sometimes when i try yo take i cant save it yo the ad card.: Memory protected aagainst writing. I always restart my phone when it happens so, but this time everything disappeared from my card. I have my files saved inyo my Pc, but i have a question: is yhis my phone's problem or an sd card problem??

The microSD adapter has a small part which can be slided,just move it up or down.

I didn't take out my card, that why it is a problem

Sorry for my intro, i forgot to say that i tried to take a photo. Then i cant, i restart and all disappeared.

I did, all havr disappeared. i cant trust anymore my card. You think i shoul buy another one?
