Capturing an image while recording?

Hey anyone here knows how to capture an image while recording a video on Live with Walkman running ics?

You can't do it with the stock video recorder. You MAY be able to with an application from the market but I haven't see one. Maybe another user can suggest something.

This isn't include in our version of ICS. You'd have to use the Nexus build, or maybe another manufacturer has included it.

Is it not possible to include it in Sony 2011 models? It is just a software implementation. Is there any specific reason not to implement it?

I won't be able to provide you any answers of note on this. I can provide you a parallel: this is similar to how (as I understand) you can do traditional video calling on Nexus' devices, but even on devices with front facing cameras, only a very small percentage of phones can do this.

There are no plans to implement this feature in our devices.
