as it says cant open fb frm normal phone browser ... and no intentions f downloadin some phone browsers...any ideas?

if yes then check ur phone date!!!

if nt check ur internet settings and change it to internet one !!!

Others are also facing this issue, maybe a problem of FB's servers or it can also be a s/w issue in new XPU's. Anyways ICS is coming soon so better wait and hope it gets solved then, or you can try for a s/w reset to factory settings.

To be honest it is more likely that you have a WAP APN set instead of an Internet APN. This can cause issues when browsing to a secure URL. To check this: Main Menu > Settings > More > Mobile Networks > Access Point Names > You may need to check with your current network provider to confirm that you have an Internet and not a WAP APN listed here.
