cant hear when call by me or other end person

Upto fom yesterday my phone is working correctly. But from today i cannot here while making or receiving phone calls. If i make call on speaker mode then everything working fine but in case of norma mode i or other end person not able to here.

This problem done before also and service station install software newly & resolve the issue?

How can i format the phone and install myself? or have any other solution?

I tried firstly PC Companion but its not allowing to due to my OS is Windows 8

So i tried with update service 

but i can't find my TIPO model over list still i skip that page & went to Connect Tab

In connect tab, i switch off mobile and as suggested press down volume key while plug-in USB. but its showing USB Device not recognized and nothing happen further.

What shall i do further?

Run SUS in compatibility mode for windows 7.

As per instruction i can able to connect with OS Windows 7. 

But it required to download 297 MB of data and after that i can able to re-install software.

Can't i get that software download from out side? as with me internet connection broken up several times.

Facing the same problem,, i had given my mobile for service at sony authorised service centre and they fix tat problem on 1 month back. but again i m facing the same problem since one week. My mobile andoid version is 4.0.4. Please any one help me to fix this problem and how to avoid this in future......
