After the updates, l am unable to link from FB or any other email to the website outside FB. I can access emails and FB but not able to link outside. It seem to start but stops. The same problem even if l want to just surf the net
Please advice as they said its a software problem
Sounds strange! Try to clear data for Chrome under settings > apps > Chrome > clear data.
Restart your phone and try again.
If the problem persists you can try to uninstall updates for Chrome. You find it in the same menu as clear data.
