cannot upgrade

HI, I bought a new Xperia X2. I tried to update firmware using Sony Ericsson update service and followed the instructions. I proceeded up to Connect Tab, step no 5.  But up gradation process stoped at Sony Ericsson logo appear. I didn’t perform any up gradation including Microsoft OS upgrade.

Check if you can temporarily disable firewalls and anti virus programs on your PC and try to run the update again. If it still fails, try using another PC or Internet connection if possible.
